Others mentioned a minimum of 360 AIO, which seems compatible with the P500A. Arctic and EK are likely better for 360mm models, though I’m uncertain about the LGA1700 bracket availability.

The readings are within acceptable ranges, yet your performance falls short compared to my 5900X. It seems another factor might be affecting results. The 12900K is designed to deliver 241W across all cores, but yours only reaches 190W. Make sure the extra CPU power is connected via the motherboard. If unsure, snap a photo of the area above and beside the CPU for reference.

The correct spot is confirmed, though visibility is unclear. Checking for two CPU 8-pin connections is in progress. It's possible the main pin is obstructing the secondary one on the left side.

Examining the image closely, I notice additional wires behind the right 8-pin connection. It seems you have more than sufficient power for your CPU beyond 200W. Have you verified the power settings in the BIOS? If unsure, Intel XTU should also provide the information.

Alternatively, there should be an option to define a CPU power cap, which for the 12900K is intended to be 241W.

Your P states are configured for 27,000 at 12900k in R23. With just one 8-pin header, you're seeing 115% performance under high background load. It looks like your Windows power settings or BIOS might be disabled, but the CPU isn't reaching its thermal limits.
