I really liked Arkham Asylum and it’s a great deal. I also have City and Origins, but I haven’t played them long enough to have a solid take.

They’re all good to purchase, in my opinion. I’ve completed Asylum and enjoyed a fair amount of City. The other two are still on my list but I haven’t played them often.
