Hey there, I just finished building my PC yesterday and was checking the CPU performance. It seems it caps around 4.5 even though I'm using PBO and auto overclocking on Master. I've adjusted the negativo curve optimization to negative 10 and tweaked other settings, but the BIOS still shows 5900x 4.9 while Windows doesn't let it exceed 4.5. When I run games like AIDA and HeavyLoad, it hits 4.5 and stays there, maxing out near 62-65°C. If I enable PBO temperatures it goes up to 70°C but still doesn't surpass 4.5. I'm new to AMD, so I'm unsure if I'm missing something or if the CPU isn't working properly. The cooler is a Dark Rock Pro 4 and the motherboard is MPG B550 Carbon Pro Wifi. Thanks!
It only increases when running on one thread at any given moment. It seems to refer to all-core performance.
