I bought a used MSI Pro B650M-A WiFi motherboard and every single time I power it on I get an error stating: Over Current Have Been Detected On Your USB Device!! System will shutdown after 15 seconds to protect your mainboard!! I have no USB devices plugged in. I checked the insides of the ports, and it doesn't look like anything is being shorted. I'm just testing it on the motherboard box, an open air test bench, so the io backplate isn't on and it isn't inside a case. I have reseated the CPU and RAM to no avail. I also disconnected and reattached the CPU and motherboard power cables. I don't see any bent pins anywhere on the motherboard. The MSI EZ debug LEDs flash white on the VGA light when booting, it turns off, and then the boot LED flashes green before I get the over current error message. There is nothing plugged into any of the PCIe slots. There is nothing inserted in either M.2 slot. I have four of these boards and this is the only one with this problem. I don't see any visible differences between it and any of the fully functioning boards. I assume it's dead unless I'm missing something obvious? Here are some pictures of the board:

I replaced the power supply units with one I’m certain works well to check if the issue stemmed from a bad PSU. Now I notice unusual patterns: the VGA LED and RAM EZ Debug lights flash rapidly, with the VGA flashing just before the RAM light. The monitor also powers on and off irregularly, making the HDMI video signal unstable. I still get an overcurrent error when switching back to the original PSU. Also, after swapping CPUs, both are running fine on a stable motherboard (7950X).

It seems the image shows a noticeable fisheye distortion, but determining if the board is truly bowed requires further analysis.

The camera captures a fisheye distortion, making the surface appear flat.
