I'm setting up a new PC and need to buy a 16 GB (two 8 GB) GSkill Aegis 3200MHZ card. My ASRock B450M-HDV board is compatible? Also, I have a Ryzen 5 2600—everything looks good.

Currently, major brands like g.skill are reliably working with high-end clocks over 4000. Most issues stem from not reaching the advertised speed, but at 3200 you should encounter no problems.
