Check if your Corsair RM1000x (2021) requires an upgrade from 13900K to 14900K. The rest of the setup looks good with the EVGA 3090, ROG Strix Z790-E, and 64GB Samsung 980 Pro.
We haven't got any official reviews yet, so hard to know for sure, but their stock power figures (base and turbo power) on Intel Ark are identical and I'd expect gaming to be more than manageable. If you're using both CPU and GPU together in workstation type apps, then I'd wait for the reviews and compare any increase with what you already know your CPU/GPU are using.
No, it won't be an issue. The 1000x model will easily handle it, even with a high-end GPU like the RTX 3090 or 4090.
