Hi, I recently purchased a managed network switch (TP-Link) for my LAN. Everything seems to be working as expected, but I'm experiencing a drop in upload speed from 300 to around 240. Download speeds remain stable, and my direct connection via the router shows symmetric performance. Despite testing various methods like SFTP over cable and running speed tests, my upload consistently stays below 232. I'm confident in my setup and have confirmed the issue through multiple tests. Any suggestions?

Have you verified the status of Green Ethernet? Checked QoS settings? Can you confirm LAN-to-LAN speeds work correctly? It’s unusual for a Switch to lower speeds automatically, since it should primarily forward packets to the right MAC address without altering them.
