After about eight hours, I received the C2Q 970 R6.zip note from OP. It mentions a few issues with ultra, but overall it's not too bad. GPU usage stays around 60% on average. Using Vulkan Low works well at roughly 80-130 FPS on a GTX970, provided you have a good PSU—my choice is the CX550M. Keep in mind to avoid loading games from external HDDs; the load time is terrible, and an SATA SSD would be much faster. The specs I had were C2Q Q8300 with 2x4GB DDR3 at 1333MHz, GTX 970, updated to the latest Windows and drivers (took 2-3 hours).
