Hey there. I’ve got the pictures of your board and PSU ready. I’m wondering if they’d fit in a different case without needing a new motherboard or PSU. Since you’re using an Aldi MEDION pre-built PC, I hope the PSU’s 4-pin and 24-pin connections will work on another board. Are there any other components I should verify? I’ve already checked the screw positions and think they match the images I found, but I’m not sure about compatibility with another case. The highlighted screws in red are the only ones visible, and none of them are behind other parts like the GPU.

You're right about the MOBI being a micro ATX. Yes, it should have a stamp indicating its type somewhere on the case.

It's micro ATX, around 23cm by 23cm.

This setup is compatible with any case that supports it. Details about the power supply aren't visible in the images, but it seems Aldi likely used standard parts. Make sure to verify screw positions, distances, and the PSU dimensions for accuracy.

It's not uncommon for a micro ATX board to have only four screws, and many diagrams may not reflect the actual setup.

Four screws seem sufficient for this configuration. But your motherboard has additional screw holes along the edges and near the CPU cooler. Placing it in a different case wouldn’t seem like an issue to me.

I didn't mention anything about saving or purchasing fans, but I can help you decide. For a Corsair 5000X, saving up might be worth it if you're looking for quality. The Lian Li Lancool II mesh offers solid airflow at a reasonable price, and its compatibility with RGB hubs makes it a solid choice. Your preference for Lian Li seems reasonable given their good performance and design fit.

Both options are solid, but I’d also consider the Lian Li choice. The main factor is the price gap of over 100 euros, and I appreciate both designs equally. Corsair’s RGB options are also great, though I haven’t used them personally.
