Power jumper working okay. Connected to 24-pin power cable, turned on PSU and fans started spinning. Motherboard didn’t boot or post because it couldn’t get power through the jumper. Lights stayed off even after reconnecting. Everything on the board only showed up with the new GPU. Still can’t get CPU up. No power reaching BIOS or post at all. CPU was fine before sitting for a week. Asus said similar issues but sent an RMA since I didn’t reseat it. Thanks for your help. Will try again after work and update this before I file the RMA. Never built a PC without running into this problem.
