They're likely talking about your RAM being slower than what's recommended for a Ryzen 5000 series. It might limit performance a bit, but it shouldn't be a major issue if you're on a tighter budget. I use a Ryzen7 5800x with 2400 RAM on a B350, and it works well—it was a big improvement over my older Ryzen7 1700. However, with a 2060 Super, you can get more from your CPU and GPU, so perhaps a less powerful processor would be better in your situation.
You require more RAM and a stronger GPU. Having an SSD is essential for storing your OS, applications, and games. Make sure to update your BIOS first. If possible, consider a Radeon 580X—it's a solid choice. Avoid the 6400 and 6500 models; opt for the 6600 or higher. For refurbished options, the RX 5500XT and 5600XT are excellent. Also, the Radeons from RX 470 through 580X, especially the 8GB variants, work well. With such a GPU, you don’t need to upgrade the CPU; it’s sufficient. Alternatively, a Ryzen 5 3600 or similar can suffice if you’re using a graphics card.
It’s about to slow things down, yet it would perform better than a faster CPU with a 6400 or 6500.
Thanks to everyone for their encouragement. A big shoutout to @Filpo and @191x7
