The appearance suggests soldering was performed on the opposite side. This might occur due to misalignment or incorrect assembly steps during manufacturing.

These seem to be filtering capacitors. The photo isn’t very clear, but it appears the component wasn’t present after manufacturing. It’s hard to say if the parts on the lower left have dirt or if they’re just camera effects. What does the opposite side of the board show?
