I have an Acer Nitro 7 with thermal paste applied to the CPU and GPU. During the process, an engineer touched a screwdriver on the motherboard, causing a blue spark. After turning the laptop on, it worked fine, but later I noticed the system can't detect the GPU anymore and the GeForce drivers aren't supported. Could the spark have caused this issue? Or is there another problem? Please advise.

Check if the GPU is listed in BIOS or GPU-Z. If not, discard the laptop. If damage is suspected, they must cover the costs.
