Hey there! I just upgraded from an i7 4790K to a Ryzen 9 7950X3D, but I'm experiencing some headaches. There are also other problems like my Trident Z5 Neo RGB DDR5-6000 CL30-40-40-96 causing the OS to become unstable and freeze when running EXPO or tweaked settings. Everything seems to be set up correctly on my ASUS X670E-A MOBO, but I'm not seeing the cores behaving as expected. I'll share a screenshot of monitoring tools and system details if that would help.

When the CPU isn't active, the impact of keeping cores idle is minimal since they're not consuming much power.

I looked into the game settings and noticed they park when it appears in the foreground, but they unpark them once the game moves to the background. I assumed they weren’t actually parking because everyone had high clock values in-game.
