You're experiencing the same problem on both your PC and laptop. In the taskbar, nothing appears to be needed, but everything looks normal and all settings seem correct. You're using the latest Windows version and both devices are updated. Your security software is Eset Internet Security.

It seems to relate to family choices, as the only option without a "No action needed" appears to be it.

It turns off if another antivirus or security program is active. Simply eliminate the security software you already have.

Eset is a recognized security program, and I favor it instead of Windows Defender.

Are you involved with the Windows Insider initiative? Since this issue relates to an ongoing problem in Windows Defender, it might be due to a flaw in Windows 10 where a warning was pending. If you weren’t part of the program, it could stem from a situation involving insiders and then being released publicly.

It seems there might be an issue with Windows 10 that hasn't been resolved. Many users have reported similar problems without a fix yet.
