When trying to run an Ubuntu VM in VirtualBox, I keep seeing the message "AMD-V" isn't enabled. I searched online but most guidance either didn’t address setting up virtualization on that specific card or was tailored for other boards. Could anyone explain where to adjust the BIOS settings on an MSI B450 to turn on virtualization? Also, does this motherboard actually support it?

I own an MSI B450 Thomahawk motherboard and had to turn on the virtual machine option as well. It took about an hour, but I finally succeeded. Here are the steps: Boot into BIOS using the Delete key, choose "Overclocking," navigate to "OC Explore Mode" and set it to "Expert," scroll down to "CPU Features," select "SVM Mode" and enable it, then save and exit. Voilà! Virtualization is now active!
