Hello, I understand your concern. The packet loss you're experiencing over Wi-Fi is 1-2%, while it's zero on Ethernet in all your devices—laptop, Xbox One X, and Galaxy S8. You have two routers with identical settings, yet both perform perfectly. I'm wondering if you should consider returning the router through RMA since the issue seems to be with the Wi-Fi itself.

Also on high-end APs, 10-20% packet loss is typical during intense usage. You're right—just 1-2% on Ethernet is acceptable. Don't return it unless necessary, since it's functioning correctly. Performance really depends on the surrounding conditions.
