I recently purchased a new computer but am still not satisfied with the temperatures.
I own a Noctua NH-D15 cooler with two fans, yet after a five-minute Cinebench R23 run I reached 86°C. This measurement was taken while the side panel was off.
My previous CPU was a Ryzen 7 3700X with a stock cooler, but those temperatures were always lower.
Best regards,

AMD's 7000 3D chips are built to operate hotter than their non-3D versions. The maximum temperature is set near 105 degrees Celsius, which means your current temperatures are fine. Keep in mind that CPU stress tests push the CPU to use all its resources, but during actual gameplay the usage will be significantly lower.

Be mindful of the maximum operating temperatures for X3D CPUs at 89°C. You might be able to adjust this setting in the BIOS or apply a PBO Enhancement profile targeting Profile 80 level 3. Please check if your motherboard's BIOS supports such an option.

it looks quite hot on my 7800x3d, reaching around 32c as it warms up, then climbs to about 53 degrees, after which the fans on my Lian Li AIO kick in and bring it back down.
