Ryzen 3600 (new) B550 msi mpg gaming carbon wifi (new) 2x8gb 3600mhz ram (new) Rx480 graphics (old) Cx600m psu (old) 1tb hdd (old) 250gb ssd (new) Current issue is it won't boot. The CPU light stays on even though fans spin, and no data appears. I checked the CPU and found two pins looking worn compared to others. Hope this isn't a hardware fault—any tips? Thanks!

Yes, the 12v cable is attached to the motherboard.
