Consider sticking with 2133 MHz because it runs smoothly even after restarts. You only enable XMP during games, and you haven’t experienced any issues. I’ve never played much, so it seems safe to keep it that way.

3200 XMP will perform well on your setup with the newest BIOS and healthy RAM. The Zen 2 Ryzen 3000 lineup handles 3600 smoothly, especially with DDR4 3600 (1800).
