I just upgraded to a 1440p ultra-wide 1500r 1ms 34-inch gaming monitor for 222 dollars. I’ve noticed in most games my GPU is at maximum 98% usage, while my CPU stays around 20 to 25% at 4.2 ghz. Was this a limiting factor? Despite that, I still maintain high FPS of 100+ in some titles, such as 70+ in Marvel Rivals and fornite, achieving 60 to 120 fps. There’s no noticeable lag. I’m not planning to buy an A Radeon 9060 16g XT on Black Friday or Cyber Monday.

I have the following setup:
- AMD Ryzen 3700X @ 4.2 ghz
- Radeon 6600 Mech 8
- Motherboard: ROG STRIX X570-F GAMING
- Power Supply: Thermaltake Tough power GF A3 850W, True 450W 12VHPWR connectors
- Monitor: Sceptre 034 1440p

Open Task Manager and Resource Monitor to gain deeper insights into system performance. Use each tool individually while keeping only one active at a time. Aim to understand which resources are being consumed, how they impact performance, and the scale of usage. Pay attention to fluctuations in FPS or resource percentages as changes occur. Execute the tasks with administrative privileges for better visualization of ongoing adjustments.

I don't believe it's a bottleneck since I wasn't close to lagging or shutting down. I'm just eager to confirm if the 9060 xt 16g GPU is correct. My GPU is at 49c and CPU around 43c, with maximum load being manageable.

It really depends on the specific game. Optimization and details like FSR level matter, with a jump from 1080p to 1440p being modest. Boosting VRAM would be more beneficial than improving 3D conversion quality. For future titles, you might need to upgrade the CPU and RAM since they manage all the action and AI, which are more demanding on the CPU.
