270x is certainly sufficient for gaming at 900p, though you won’t need a graphics card every day unless you’re Linus. If I were you, I’d wait for 280x and until then you can use an Intel HD 2500 for San Andreas.

It'll take a while to get the 280x, but once you do it’ll really boost your gaming experience until you upgrade your GPU. I’d hold off if possible, particularly for the titles you plan to play. You’ll need to lower graphics settings in AC Syndicate and Unity to maintain smooth performance at 1920x1200 with the 280x resolution. Also, having only 2 GB of RAM will restrict texture adjustments, making the biggest gains from a less powerful GPU.
