quick question, will a 250W psu be sufficient for a PCI-E only RTX A2000 with 6GB RAM and a max power of 70W? i plan to pair it with an i7-2600, two SSDs, and 12GB RAM. I checked a website that says the RTX A2000 uses "300W" of power. Should I choose a 200W or 250W psu, or maybe go lower? I’m not sure.

Please include the make and model of the unit that you're looking to work with. If this is a prebuilt system, might want to also parse that info along. Your prebuilt might not even work with a non-UEFI BIOS motherboard, producing a black screen.
