Don't go for it! That seems like a very inexpensive PSU and the coller doesn't look much better. I'd recommend choosing a reliable brand PSU with 80+ Certification, which most quality PSUs have nowadays. Some solid options are EVGA, Seasonic, and Crosair is acceptable.
