It seems A-Die is actually superior. I’m currently using a 2x16GB DDR5 8000Mhz A-Die from G.Skill, but after buying the same model with 2x24GB, it’s M-DIE instead. It looks like I might not be able to get more performance out of it.

Can you even acquire shares? 8000mhz is essentially beta DDR5 right now.

I'm considering the future. An A-Die would work better if IMC permits, while an M-Die wouldn't reach that point.

Hynix 24Gb M die doesn’t match Hynix 16Gb M die. Observations suggest 24Gb M die behaves similarly to 16Gb A die but with reduced voltage tolerance. Some makers claim a die can run up to 1.5V for XMP, yet most 24Gb M dies cap at around 1.35V. Of course, details are scarce since 24Gb DIMMs are rare, making precise voltage limits and timing specifics less known soon. If you don’t require 48GB RAM, consider alternatives. A ~6800MT/s 2x16GB package would cost less and is confirmed to work with DDR5 8000 CL38 at 1.5V—though achieving 8000 XMP demands extra controller effort unless you’re targeting high-frequency tests.

I currently have two 16GB modules with 8000MHz A-Die. I was looking for additional memory.

I'm not sure what you're after. For a die, use that kit. If you need 24GB DIMMs, there are only two choices available right now (at least in the US): Micron's 24Gb B die and Hynix's 24Gb M die, with Hynix offering better performance.

Doesn't T-Force come in a 2x24GB A-die version? I assumed it was an A die model.

The same IC is used as in the G.Skill kit. It won't be released again for a month.

That means the 24GB option still holds value.

Checking if your system operates smoothly at 8000mhz. Looking into the adjustments you made.
