Consider whether increasing the refresh rate to 75hz is suitable for your setup. The current starting refresh rate was 60hz, and adjusting to 75hz may be acceptable depending on your monitor's capabilities. If you've successfully overclocked to 75hz using Nvidia controls and it functions properly, maintaining that setting seems fine.

If the results are stable without artifacts, then it's considered quite safe and unlikely to cause harm. There might be a minor chance of damage since you're approaching the limits, but as long as you stay within reasonable bounds and don't notice any clear problems, it should be okay.
