Use 1.35V setting with a level 3 LLC configuration. If not, switch to auto LLC; usually it doesn’t use one.

More voltage when the load is on than when it's idle indicates excessive LLC operation. This suggests overcompensation.

I would use an LLC 3 setup and increase the voltage until it stabilizes. After that, measure the idle and full load voltages while operating, but don't assume changing a lower setting in the BIOS is advantageous. The process isn't straightforward.

I attempted LLC 3, set the voltage to 1.35, and when I open Cinebench R15 it freezes and vanishes from the task manager yet stays visible on the screen, making it hard to remove without a restart. While playing a game (World of Warcraft), the voltage appears to stay near 1.332.

Proceed further, targeting 1.38v while keeping it stable during idle. It seems the processor requires roughly 1.32V as a baseline for successful stress testing. Do you recall the original voltage it needed to pass initial checks?
