Considering a upgrade for your outdated router, still using a gigabit wireless netgear lol. The speeds are really low since it’s an old device, and I often transfer files from my home server. I’m thinking about the Netgear XR500, wanting netduma firmware for gaming and solid wireless performance. I was planning to switch to WiFi 6, but I don’t have any devices yet and won’t soon. If it’s better to stick with WiFi 6 over this lmk, what do you think? Are there any other good options out there I should know about?
