I understand the multi-core performance was set at 4.5GHz, similar to my previous i5 8500 where all cores were capped at 3.9GHz. I adjusted the BIOS to enable maximum speed and turned off Intel Turbo Boost, but on this i7 they only run at 4.4GHz. After installing Intel XTU and tweaking settings, performance improved a bit with more power, though I’m curious about ICCmax and whether raising it would help. The Cinebench R15 score is 1490.
