I fully overclocked the CPU to 4GHz at 1.150V, yet I notice some cores sometimes ask for 0.2V minimum. Are they still entering standby? And could there be an issue if the CPU is in standby while maintaining that voltage? Spoiler: yes, it might cause problems.

Configure the power plan to Ryzen Performance. Ensure no core drops below 100% when power and temperature management are critical.

I don’t see any issues with parking as long as the static OC is 1.150v and the core only needs 0.2v due to parking concerns.

It's hard to believe why this would happen. Ryzen reaching 1.4V+ clearly isn't that high a voltage. If you're concerned it's too low, it probably comes down to stability. Also, don't rely on software voltage checks. I've seen 100 million volts in computers without any issues. In fact, use Ryzen Master—it's the most precise tool for Ryzen.

The real issue arises when you force it beyond its limits and deliver excessive power. Overheating becomes a concern. Ryzen standards consider 1.1V relatively low. Don't stress—use Ryzen Master for better control. Other apps may falsely signal higher demand, making the CPU overreact. Likely less of a problem now, though accuracy remains high.

Manual OC allows Ryzen cores to remain in C-states while not changing their frequency automatically. When idle, power is cut off for these cores, significantly lowering energy use.

You can turn off the C state to stop this from occurring. Otherwise, it will operate at the same voltage but draw less power. Got it.
