I need a program that alerts when the battery reaches 80% or 20%. Many apps promise this, but they don’t show notifications on full screen. I’m currently using the battery percentage icon app from the ms store.

What device?
Requirements being you only want to be notified via some pop-up if the battery is at 20% or 80% - correct?
Likely doable via a Powershell script. Likely to become cumbersome depending on details.
However, this tool may be simpler and easier to use:
