I've seen conflicting details online. The pangoly page claims the Ryzen 7 3700X is compatible, but ASUS hasn't confirmed third-generation support beyond the first and second generations. This mix-up about socket, chipset, and CPU support is really confusing.

It seems you're looking for a bio update to enable compatibility with 3000 series processors.

Understood, I appreciate the suggestion. I’m looking for something with a "certainty" rather than a "probability." Thanks!

No one in this group is employed by Asus's bios RND team. If you want reassurance, you could simply say "definitely" to sound more confident. This inquiry belongs to Asus, not us.

And tyvm boggy77, I hadn't considered looking at the "support"-page when "tech-specs" seemed so clear.

I truly thought no one would verify the CPU compatibility list, but we all picked up something new today.

You realized it was real, yet you doubted it existed and hoped it could still be backed up. Sounds like you're trying to come up with a reason to be sarcastic.

I assumed you reviewed the support list, noticed it wasn’t there, and asked whether it would ever be included. As I mentioned, I didn’t realize you were only checking the essential technical details. Sometimes folks overlook the support information in favor of the basics.

I didn’t assume people would skim only the title. Thank you for pointing that out—I’ll make sure to clarify my wording next time.
