The memory stick shown is 2400Mhz, operating at default voltage and timing settings. Ryzen benefits from faster RAM, with noticeable gains when increasing speeds from 2133Mhz to around 3000Mhz. Going up to 3000-3200Mhz still offers improvement in some titles, though performance drops noticeably at 2400Mhz compared to higher-speed sticks (around 5% less). First-gen Ryzen chips typically max out around 3200Mhz, so even with 3600Mhz modules you might need to cap them at 3200Mhz. On A320 boards, overclocking RAM is restricted, while B450 boards may allow more aggressive tuning. You could safely increase voltage to 1.3v or 1.35v and adjust frequency and timings until stability returns. Test with 2666Mhz at 17-17-17-40, then progress to 2800Mhz at 18-18-18-40, etc., while monitoring results.

A solid B450 motherboard should handle speeds around 5600x or similar 65W Ryzen 5th gen chips. More powerful options like 5800x and higher may run but could throttle on budget boards because of heat issues in the VRM. Adding cooling to the VRM can improve performance.
