All AM4 connectors are identical. It seems you might have made a mistake or there could be bent pins on the CPU.

How much is the bend? For a slight curve, use a credit card or a piano flat and a magnifying glass to fix it. If it’s heavily bent, it’s time to let go of your Ryzen CPU.
