You're asking if operating your 7900x system with a Kranek Elite 360mm AIO at those temperatures is typical. I've checked the usual ranges, but since you haven't installed the newest BIOS and drivers, it might affect performance. Keep an eye on stability and temperatures.

For stock performance, yes. Making sure the cooler makes good contact with sufficient thermal paste and operating in a cooler environment helps. My previous 7900x using an air cooler around 45°C would reach 92-93°C during Cinebench when running stock. That setup had an AK620 air cooler with excellent airflow. At full stock, aiming for 95°C is the expected behavior. Make sure your AIO pump runs at 100%. Fortunately, using Curve Optimizer with undervolting and a temperature cap lets you lower it while still achieving better speeds than stock.

This temperature and wattage combination is uncommon for me, especially with a Mugen 5. Are there any unusual noises from the airbox?

It seems the kraken works well as a cooler. Paste and mounting pressure are important for optimal performance.

The CPU is working hard to reach 95°C because of its intended performance. Improved cooling could boost clock speeds a bit, though the stock temperature will remain around 95°C.
