My friend found this problem with the game Outsiders not closing properly when starting from Steam. It seems to open other windows in unexpected spots on the screen, even where it shouldn’t appear. What’s happening and how can it be fixed? I checked his Windows 10 settings and noticed similar issues.

His OS is just the update version 20H2.
It seems the issue was fixed after realizing there were two HDMI cables connected to his GPU card. Removing one resolved the problem.
Could someone clarify why having two HDMI cables plugged in would be relevant?

Check the Windows 10 version of your friend's PC. It should ideally be 20H2. If you need to process an image into a thread or video, you'll have to upload it to a service like Imgur and then extract the link for further use.
