I've boosted my i5-12600K to 5.2ghz on the p-threads and 4.1ghz on the e-threads. Under stress the p-threads stay below 77c while the e-threads reach 55c. I'm paired with an AK400 heatsink from DeepCool and Kryonaut thermal paste.
