Your temperatures are impressively high, so keep them under 1.35V when overclocking. Try your present settings around 1.15-1.20 vcore and test again—monitor the readings.
It's a solid build. I'd maintain the 4.4 setting based on temperature and voltage, as long as the overclock remains consistent.
Tell me about your load temperatures.
What voltage are you applying?
Are you using auto-voltage control?
In terms of boosting performance, it’s not a good idea. The gains are very limited (perhaps another 200MHz or less) and would need a specialized loop. All-in-one coolers like the H100i can only match larger air coolers such as those from Phanteks or Noctua. Most users don’t opt for water cooling just for speed.
Performance gains are not significant enough to justify the effort. Custom loops are necessary since high-end coolers like the H100i only match larger air coolers such as Phanteks' or Noctua's 140mm models. Most users don’t opt for water cooling just for speed.
Thanks for your reply, what recommendations do you have for an OC on a 6700K? I plan to upgrade in about two months and might also get a H100i.
