I purchased the laptop roughly a week ago and haven’t used it much since relying on desktops. I’m running an LG Gram 17 (17Z90R) and it’s been functioning strangely twice already. When I turn it off, it stays asleep even after closing the lid. The power indicator flashes, the camera LED lights up for Windows Hello, but no image appears. Fans don’t spin, video output isn’t working, and the keyboard backlight is off. Pressing the power button for five seconds stops the blinking and restores normal operation. The battery life is solid (>50% both times). I’ve heard about a Windows standy issue before, but it doesn’t seem connected to this problem. Could it be a software glitch or a hardware fault?
