I've been looking for this combination for a while and it looks like Adobe is trying to phase out their copies due to Creative Cloud. I discovered this offer and I'm curious about its quality. http://www.amazon.ca/gp/aw/d/B00EOQZB4G/...SY200_QL40 I plan to use Premiere Pro, but do I really need Photoshop if something like Pain.net exists?

Sure, I can help with that. It's good for editing photos and videos, focusing on color correction. The pricing is standard, though it's a limited version, not a full feature set. Apologies for the misunderstanding.

The difference lies in the capabilities and functions of each option.

From what I observed, the main changes are in the interface, and Pro offers many more features aimed at smaller to medium filmmakers and beyond. I personally rely on Pro for my personal videos because I’m familiar with its layout; it took me some time to adapt to the Element version. I recommend trying Element first (a trial is available) to explore its full capabilities. Good luck!
