Your CPU supports RAM speeds up to 2933 MHz. You can install a 3200 MHz RAM without changing the BIOS, but it may not perform optimally. The slower RAM could cause performance issues. Using 8 GB of RAM is still sufficient today, though speed differences will be noticeable.
It doesn't seem to show up as low RAM because of the numbers, but any CPU you're familiar with should handle more than that.
I don't play games much, so I'm considering getting a Ryzen 3 3200G as my CPU. My motherboard will be an ASRock B450m Pro4 R2.0. I was thinking about installing 1 x 8GB RAM, but it's not available right now. However, I might want to buy another 8GB just in case one fails, so the other would still work.
For a Ryzen APU, 3200 MT/s and two RAM sticks are suggested.
