Using Asrock x570 Phantom Gaming 4 with a 3600 CPU in BIOS settings. Enabled power supply idle control and low current idle are active. AMD PBO is disabled per recent notes. Some earlier options like CPPC, preferred cores, or cooling tweaks seem missing now. One R20 thread shows boost to around 4.1 GHz. It might help to check the power plan status directly in BIOS or via system tools.

This utility is designed for CPUs with multiple CCX such as 3900X or 3950X and Threadrippers. Since your CPU has only one CCX, it seems unlikely the tool will function properly. It's recommended to adjust the CPU settings manually instead.

Turning PBO back on didn't help much. It's not clear from how much attention it's received, but it probably makes sense. I think I'll switch to a manual tuning method.

Adjusted the fans to work harder, temperature dropped a bit, but system time stayed the same.
