Check if 1.53V fits the Samsung B-Die kit requirements.
Hello. Your setup involves a G.Skill Trident memory kit with specific tweaks for stability. To achieve consistent performance, you adjusted the clock frequency, processor settings, and increased the DRAM voltage to 1.53V. Regarding the 1.53V voltage—yes, it is generally safe for daily use, but ensure your motherboard and components support that level. Always verify compatibility before long-term use.
If the XMP setting supports 1.5V, it’s likely fine. The Crosshair Hero VIII experiences a slight voltage drop, so aiming for around 1.53V in BIOS should correspond to about 1.5V–1.51V in practice. Still, ensure proper airflow over the DRAM at this level to avoid overheating.
Thanks for the response. I wasn't familiar with this Vrdoop, but I thought it might be useful since someone on Newegg mentioned needing it for boosting voltage. I’m hoping for good airflow, which seems important. My RAM temperatures are currently between 38 and 39°C.
Images above, apologies for the duplicate entry, there are some issues.
Adjust the settings to ensure even clock values such as 1900MHz instead of 1896.5MHz by disabling the BIOS option.
