Check if 1.3V is suitable for your i5-6600k when overclocking.
My concern is straightforward—it's about voltage.
My CPU is i5-6600k, and I've adjusted several BIOS settings recently.
After some changes, I noticed the voltage setting shifted from manual to 1.25, then to 1.28, and finally stabilized at 1.3 without issues.
I checked with Prime95 and everything worked smoothly.
Now I'm wondering if 1.3 volts is safe for running at 4.5Ghz, especially since 1.28 caused a problem.
Is it reliable to trust Prime95 in this situation?
1.3v is acceptable...1.4v is the maximum for this CPU....but I wouldn't exceed 1.35v...
During stress tests, ensure temperatures stay away from the 80s...otherwise everything is fine.
