I'm using a Ryzen 5 3600 on an ASRock B450M/AC board and believe the BIOS is P1.50. I'm trying to upgrade for overclocking, but the Ryzen software won't load because it says the driver isn't installed correctly. The driver is missing. Any advice would be appreciated.

Welcome to the forums! Can you remove Ryzen Master via Settings>Apps? Even if it's not set up properly, the app's shell remains. Delete this and reinstall Ryzen Master.

I handled it using the control panel tools and features. I also accessed Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services to remove the AMDRyzenMasterDriverV13 folder, but that specific folder isn’t present. The only files found are the AMDRyzenMasterDriver folder without a version number, and nothing else.

I confirmed it now functions properly. I modified the imagepath file name to the correct location and it resolved the issue. Regarding the BIOS update, I’m still figuring out which revision to use without risking CPU incompatibility.
