Examine the attached images closely... It’s clear I’m reaching near full memory capacity, which is quite surprising. Over time, each day the usage rises by 1 to 2 GB. Even though my PC has only been running for about a week, the memory consumption has steadily climbed to around 14 GB. After a restart, it drops somewhat, but it begins at roughly 6 to 8 GB. In the processes list, nothing appears to be consuming all this space except Chrome, which is normal, but not the full 14 GB. It seems there must be a program with a memory leak or poor memory handling. How can I dig deeper? Are there specific tools that can help identify this problem? I’m not sure when it started, but I recall a recent lock-up a couple of weeks ago, which helped temporarily. Since then, I’ve kept Task Manager open to track usage. The problem persists and is becoming more bothersome. Recently, I upgraded to a Ryzen processor about two to three weeks ago, along with a new motherboard, CPU, and RAM—things that match this situation. I wasn’t paying close attention to memory stats before, and I probably restarted my system at least once a week. Could this be related to the DDR4 RAM I installed? So far, I’ve tried disabling paging, but the issue remains. Any advice would be appreciated? Thanks!

In the meantime, I replaced the existing DDR4 RAM with another configuration to observe the results. Right after powering on, the usage stands at 3.5 GB, which is significantly different from the previous setup. Odd... I hadn't anticipated this as a hardware problem, but only time will clarify! Keep sharing your thoughts and ideas!
