You don’t have to manually install drivers from the manufacturer or AMD. Windows updates typically handle most drivers, leaving the video driver as an exception.

Windows Update may take a long time to install drivers. You can save them yourself for quicker access.

It really doesn't matter. The Windows update might not be able to install all the drivers. If it's the first time you're booting up, Windows will handle it. You probably won't be able to prevent it.
