Hello, good day. Here are your questions rephrased:

1. Is it possible to combine an 8GB RAM module with a 16GB RAM in dual-channel mode?
2. How would having different clock speeds affect my PC performance?
3. Will the total MHZ be the sum of both, or will only the faster one be used?
4. Can another 4GB RAM stick be added for the third time?
5. What happens if I use three RAM modules with varying GB and speeds?

Thank you in advance for your help, Jacob.

No one provides complete solutions to every query. Always avoid combining mismatched memory; prefer kits with compatible sticks for optimal performance.

All memory must operate at its slowest setting. Yet the best way to confirm it will function properly is through testing. I transferred a stick from an older system to another, but both had only 4GB. I upgraded one to 16GB while another received an 8GB upgrade by chance.
