Hello. I purchased two 8-pack modules of 2x8 RAM recently. It seems the RAM might not fit with your motherboard or other components, so if you need guidance on compatibility, here are the details: model KVR16N11/8 (two sticks), and your system specs H61M DS2H (rev 2.1), i5-3470.

The reason those sticks aren’t fitting seems unclear. Verify they’re placed firmly on both sides; a solid click indicates proper alignment. If not, increase the pressure gently until it works.
