Hello. I'm trying to assemble a new PC and have a question about RAM compatibility. I have the motherboard model GA H61M DS2H (version 2.1). I'm not sure if the RAM I have, which is KVR16N11/8G, will work with this board. Could someone confirm if this RAM type is supported?

I checked Google and it looks like a 1600MHz stick, which should be fine.

Since I mentioned earlier, I owned a RAM module at 1333 MHz that the motherboard could handle, supporting up to 8 GB, but it didn’t function properly.

Latency isn't important, whether ECC is used or not. Make sure it's not buffered or registered.
